01.Is this just another coaching program?
No. Most coaching programs teach frameworks and leave you to implement. The Leveraged CEO is built on done-for-you implementation. Our team installs the systems directly into your business while you do the 1:1 strategic work with me.
02.What kind of businesses does this work for?
Founder-led service businesses. Coaching, consulting, agencies, online education, professional services. If you run a profitable business and you're still the operational bottleneck, this is built for you. The method transfers across industries because the problem is the same everywhere.
03.How much time do I need to commit each week?
4 to 6 hours a week. One strategic call, plus implementation time alongside your team. We're not asking you to add to your workload — we're redirecting hours you're already spending on the wrong things.
04.What if I don't have a team yet?
You need at least 1 to 2 people in your business, even contractors or VAs. The program restructures and trains the team you have. If you're operating completely solo, you're not ready for this yet. Build a base first, then come back.
05.Will my revenue drop while we restructure?

08.What happens after I apply?
You'll answer a few short questions about your business. If you're a fit, you'll be invited to book a 60-minute audit call with me directly. If not, I'll point you toward resources that might help at your current stage.
09.How quickly will I see results?
Most clients are getting hours back in the first 30 days as we delete the junk and delegate the rest. The bigger lift — installing systems and restructuring your team — kicks in over the second half. By day 90, your business is humming without you needing to be in every meeting.
10.How many founders are you working with at once?
Maximum 5 active clients at a time. This is intentional — the program is high-touch and done-for-you, and quality drops if I take more than that. The current intake is for the founding cohort.
